All interprofessional care team members and administrators are invited to learn about Bringing People Home, a landmark settlement agreement that benefits everyone in nursing facilities and helps individuals who want to return to home and community living transition with needed supports. In this unique webinar, Attorney Steven Schwartz and Attorney Kathy Walker will discuss the services and supports available to people in nursing facilities as a result of the settlement, outline key transition resources and highlight impact points where your advocacy can really make a difference.
